Burnt Barrel

Our Friday Night Social Group visited Burnt Barrel in Sugar Grove on May Day! Their Happy Hour starts earlier than most (2:30 to 4:30) but that did not deter this fun loving group from getting there in time to sample their fare.

Our waitress Jenny was so attentive in order to allow us to take full advantage of the time frame. She took good care of us and even gladly took a photo of our group. As you may have guessed, the Burnt Barrel has an impressive list of whiskey and bourbon.

The Happy Hour menu includes an Old Fashioned cocktail which was a group favorite. House wines, draft craft beer and bottled domestics are also at happy hour prices. We tried a few of their yummy offerings. The sliders were the number one pick. Potato skins and the giant pretzel were also favorites. Their beef avocado wrap and the Caesar salad were very generous and delicious. Hope to return again to this cool venue with our full group!
